		<description>I find it funny that someone won&#039;t take the time to figure out nutritional info on their own. It&#039;s something I don&#039;t mind at all doing. There are plenty of websites with tools, and if you have an iPhone, they have an app called &quot;Lose It&quot; that will track your daily/weekly/monthly totals for you. You can also store recipes and decide on a serving with a quick touch of the screen. </description>
