Quick Tip: Taste the Rainbow

Embrace variety! Sure, everyone has their favorite foods, but eating the same thing all the time increases your chance of missing out on many nutrients not found in your usual choices.

To mix it up, try eating a different fruit or vegetable every day of the week. Look for something new or exotic at the supermarket — be adventurous! And remember: the more color, the better (but this doesn’t included any neon-colored sodas and candies). Bright red, yellow and orange foods are rich in beta carotene, and dark green and purple foods are generally high in antioxidants, calcium and minerals.

Try little red potato thickly sliced place on cookie sheet, lightly brush with Olive oil, use Ms. Dash garlic & herb, sprinkle on both sides. Bake on 400 for 20 minutes (flip after 10). These are great, barely any fat, no sodium. Crispy and satisfying.
