I make a snack in the morning by putting a serving of organic vanilla yogurt in a container, tossing in frozen fruit and sometimes a few chocolate chips or cinnamon. By the time I get to work (I have a long commute) the fruit is thawed and the yogurt is still cold. It satisfies the sweet craving I usually get in the morning.
