I don't like to see so much high fructose syrup in our foods but it does not give me a headache. Now for a bad ingredient that does give me a wicked head ache, it is sodium phosphate and or sodium nitrate. Try and find ham these days that does not use the ingredients in their cheap and fast water injected cure. A very few smoke house are left but they are almost impossible to find.

Food is also not prepared right will put a crimp in your health. Unclean and undercook will do for a start. We can't just let every thing we eat scare us to stop eating. Isn't said every thing in moderation.

Yes! I've seen those disturbing commercials too. Isn't it sickening. Just don't let anyone say that there is mercury or HFCS in honey. Everything seems to have everything in it. All we can do is do our best to make our foods as fresh as possible.

Has anyone besides me seen those commercials where someone condemns high fructose corn syrup, and then the one eating the food with the high fructose corn syrup says that it's nutritionally the same as sugar and fine in moderation? What is moderation and the same as sugar in what? So now sugar has mercury in it? Someone needs to sue that commercial!

Holy cow! I've been trying to ditch high-fructose corn syrup where I can, more out of principle than out of any proof that it's bad. Now, I have a reason to cut out more.
