I lived in Cape and Jackson, I would make your own, I can't think of where you could get it other than Schnucks. And why pay more for it when you can make your own.

If you cannot find Greek yogurt you may purchase plain yogurt from Dannon or a local dairy brand and strain it to make it thicker. I am middle-eastern and lived in KS for years without these things being available.

Love the suggestions on here and most of these things come have a permanent spot in our cupboard. I especially like brown rice. You can put anything over it and it rounds out many meals nicely.

You can "make" Greek yogurt by placing regular plain yogurt in a strainer on a coffee filter, over a bowl and letting the whey drain off--about an hour. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Helen

Peel large broccoli stems with a potato peeler and you can use the whole thing, only the outside "skin" is tough ad fibrous. Also I keep an assortment of frozen veggies on hand for instant soup, stir fry, paella, etc. Don't forget to freeze your chicken scraps for making stock or dog food, the puppies will love you, add an egg to it for egg drop and they will go nuts.

I don't know where you are shopping, but NONE of these things on your list have realistic prices! 6 oz of Greek yogurt cost $1.99 here, and I have never seen a can of beans for $1. It would be much cheaper and more nutritious (MUCH less sodium) to buy dry beans and cook your own anyway.
