		<description>Eating tapas is a fun way to try things, but like anything else it’s so easy to get carried away, especially when you are at a restaurant and hungry.   I have taken Dana’s advice from an article she did awhile ago and try to find the menu ahead of time, either online (allmenu.com) or picking up the menu before hand.  ( I keep many menus on hand). This way I can decide before I get there and avoid getting something I will surely be sorry for. With many of the larger chain restaurants, you can also find out the nutritional values of items online.</description>
