Spotlight Recipe: Salmon with Lemon Capers and Rosemary

Salmon with Lemon Capers and Rosemary
I’m always looking for new ways to prepare salmon. It’s high in protein and one of the best sources of healthy omega-3 fats around. For only 315 calories per serving, this recipe delivers big flavor thanks to lemon, capers, a splash of wine and rosemary from my garden. Just place foil packets on the grill for quick cooking and easy clean up!

I make a similar recipe and keep the rosemary whole (just put a piece in each packet)…that way you get all the flavor without biting into the rosemary :)

If you are worried about the pesticides try to buy organic. You can also buy from a farmers market or other source...talk to the farmer...even if the produce is not certified organic some local farms practice organic growing methods but cannot afford the certification.
