Oh, wow. I'm going to have to keep that in mind. I'll be starting the P90X program with my step mom(I'm not even 20 yet. =)), so I won't be able to eat like I used to.

3 ingredients and taste like a Wendy's frosty.

1 can fat-free condensed milk
1 regular size container of fat-free cool-whip (thawed)
1/2 gallon low-fat chocolate milk

Mix condensed milk and cool whip with whisk in large bowl. add chocolate milk and mix well. pour into freezer canister. this most likely will not go to the fill line on the canister - DO NOT add any more milk. Freeze as normal.

When we go camping we do peaches cut in 1/2 or so, without the pit, springled with brown sugar, and wrapped in foil (double). Cook over fire/campstove 7-10 minutes so brown sugar is melted into the peach. Serve with ice cream when warm.

Before worrying about the fat content of ice cream, one should read the labels on commercially made ice cream and ice cream products. " No sugar added" often translates into High Fructose or Fructose Corn Syrup which is certainly to be avoided if you want to eat a healthy diet. There are also many chemicals added to commercially made ice creams, "All Natural" is I believe a misleading term.

OK, you asked for my favorite! It is Chocolate Extreme by Blue Bell. I refuse to look at the calorie content; I don't want to know. I also like Blue Bell's Homemade Vanilla.

A great sauce for the T.J.'s frozen yogurt in my previous comment is to take fresh blueberries, microwave a pint for 2 minutes (some will turn into a syrup, some will remain whole), with splenda or whatever sweetener you'd like - a drizzle of honey is good. Then stir in some freshly grated lemon rind and set aside to cool. Use the syrup warm or cold over plain frozen yogurt. Slice on some strawberries for a patriotic dessert.
