		<description>Regarding the drive-through thing: Some green-living advocates say you leaving the car running for 10 minutes uses less fuel (and therefore emits less carbon and pollution) than turning it off and restarting it 10 minutes later. I&#039;m not sure how that could work, but it&#039;s interesting. It&#039;s also counterintuitive, so if it&#039;s true, people should be rewarded for using the drive-through if they&#039;re getting it to go. </description>
