		<description>I thought you did a fantastic job of talking about brainy food !! You were clear and really able to articulate well about the benefits of each food!  
 
I was surprised, though, that when Formula was mentioned as something that DHA is being added to, there was no inclusion of MOTHERS MILK being a perfect source of DHA for babies. This was noted YEARS and YEARS before the formula companies started adding it to their cans of substitute milk.  
 
As a speaker and teacher of nutrition , health and wellbeing, I am so thrilled to hear when the word gets out so clearly about eating lots of fruits and veggies !

		<description>Thank for for posting this. I meant to watch it but the kids decided it would be a fun day to pour chocolate syrup everywhere. I prefer fresh foods and I&#039;m glad to know it really is that good for you.
