I've had sea greens at sushi restaurants (obviously) varying from just the average sushi roll to a seaweed salad. I like the salty, almost "fruit leather" texture of nori, but the seaweed salads I'm not a fan of. They seem to carry a rubbery, flacid texture that does not appeal to me.

Hi

I would like to expose everybody to a new opportunity in seaweeds.

I sraeli company named Seakura has a very unique seaweed. The seaweed grows in pure clean water from the Mediteranian sea in pools on land. It is clean and very tasty and has extremely high nutritional values.

It is sold fresh in Europe and dehydrated in other places world wide.

Have a look at <a href="http://www.seakura.net" target="_blank">www.seakura.net</a>
