		<description>I order fish -- broiled or baked. A grilled chicken breast sandwich (hold the mayo or mayo on the side) is also  very good. I also loved broiled scallops, shrimp, crab legs -- lots of flavor for very few calories. </description>

another option is eggs benedict. poached eggs on top of canadian bacon (which is low in calories) and an english muffin half. i scoop OUT the egg yolks though. to make eggs benedict, the eggs are poached in water. this is the healthiest way to ensure that there is no added fats/oils/butter. use ONLY a teaspoon of the holllandaise sauce (its made of butter, egg yolks and lemon juice). 
 
chopped salad with no cheese, no bacon and dressing on the side (get fat free italian or you can be SUPER clean and get just balsamic vinegar - not vinegarette which has added olive oil) </description>
