Wow, that is astounding! Here's the pumpkin pie recipe I use: http://foodmakesfunfuel.com/recipes/crustless-pum...
The whole pie has a very reasonable 1400 calories, and easily can serve 12 after a large meal

Thanks for the table. It lists the most common ingredients you will typically find in a regular thanksgiving menu. It appears this is second time I have seen Mashed Potatoes, Lightened Up offered as a suggestion and I always go for fit. It is a favorite – with its Yukon gold potatoes. I recall Ellie featuring this on the North South East West show. The recommendation as a low level cal has been emphasized with the name of the show: Healthy Appetite.

This is what everyone worries about come Holiday season where foods are overflowing. You really don't have to worry that much as long as you eat everything in moderation.

I love the sight! I want to try the edamame hummus…I've heard of this before, but I'm such a fan of chickpea hummus that I haven't gotten around to switching up my main hummus ingredient yet…and yes, Thanksgiving can be calorie overload.

I love and recommend Barilla Plus pasta. I sometimes buy the whole wheat variety but the Plus is well accepted by my kids so that's my go-to brand.
