Yes, at the beginning of the day we need more energy. It is not ideal to skip this important meal which gives the right calories to carry on. Of your suggestions, I am most familiar with Healthy Breakfast Sandwich. Ellie makes heavy use of spices like chives, and parsley to make the sandwich more wholesome.
