When you’re pregnant, it’s important to take care of your body — that means getting exercise as well as following a healthy diet. So get out those comfortable workout clothes (this isn’t the time for skin-tight spandex), lace up a pair of supportive sneakers and get moving.

I’m due in a few short weeks. Once my baby arrives, most of my time and energy will go to him or her — at least until we get into a routine. If that is the case, it should say something about the fruit juice it's self. They are not real fruit. How can something so natural be so bad for you? Think about that. I would try a Yoli Health Drink to be on the safe side.
