Try little red potato thickly sliced place on cookie sheet, lightly brush with Olive oil, use Ms. Dash garlic & herb, sprinkle on both sides. Bake on 400 for 20 minutes (flip after 10). These are great, barely any fat, no sodium. Crispy and satisfying.
